We sell digital products, including Elementor templates and other downloadable resources. Because these products are delivered instantly after purchase, all sales are generally considered final.
No Refunds for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a digital product that cannot be returned.
Refunds will not be provided for reasons including, but not limited to:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You purchased the wrong product.
- You no longer need the product.
- You did not read the product description or system requirements before purchasing.
- You expected features that are not listed in the product description.
- You are unable to use the product due to lack of technical knowledge.
- You found an alternative product after purchasing.
- Compatibility issues caused by third-party themes, plugins, hosting environments, or modifications not made by WP Shogun.
Product Issues
If you receive a product that is:
- Corrupted or incomplete,
- Significantly different from its description, or
- Contains a technical issue that prevents normal use,
please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
Our support team will review the issue and may request additional information, such as:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Screenshots or screen recordings
- Error messages
- Website or server details (if required for troubleshooting)
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
Refund Eligibility
If, after reviewing your case, we determine that:
- the product has a verified defect,
- the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, and
- the problem is caused by the product itself and not by third-party software, hosting, or user modifications,
we may, at our sole discretion, approve a full or partial refund.
Refunds are not automatic and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Chargebacks
If you experience any issues with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Filing a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback after receiving a digital product may result in the suspension or termination of your account and access to purchased products.
