The jokes are stored in a dedicated jokes.php file, making them easy to manage, update, or expand without affecting the rest of the plugin.

Choose Where Jokes Appear

You have full control over where jokes are displayed.

Enable or disable them for specific areas of the WordPress admin, including pages such as:

• Posts
• Pages
• Settings
• And other supported admin screens

This allows you to keep the experience exactly how you want it.

Match Your Dashboard Style

Choose from WordPress’s built-in admin notice styles to change the appearance of your jokes.

Available notice styles include:

• Blue
• Green
• Yellow
• Red

This helps the jokes blend naturally with your preferred dashboard look.

Customize the Heading

By default, each joke is displayed with the prefix “Joke of the Moment:”.

You can replace this text with your own custom heading or remove it completely if you prefer a cleaner presentation.

JokeShogun allows each WordPress user to decide whether they want to see jokes. Users can enable or disable the feature for their own account directly from their User Profile page without affecting anyone else.
