Preview Before Sending

Before notifying all customers, you can send a test email to yourself to review the content and appearance.

Track Email Progress

When a notification campaign is started, the plugin creates a queue and records it in WooCommerce → Update Logs.

Since emails are processed in the background, delivery continues over the next few minutes. You can also monitor the progress from WooCommerce → Status → Scheduled Actions, where the shogun_pun_process_single_email action displays the status of queued emails.

Built for Downloadable Products

The Notify Past Buyers option appears only for products marked as Downloadable.

This ensures the plugin is used only for digital products such as software, ebooks, templates, music, online courses, and other downloadable files.
